This memorial website was created in the memory of our daughter, sister and wife Kelli George-Warrington who was born in Colorado on April 10, 1973 and called to heaven on April 06, 2008 four days before her 35th birthday. We will remember and love her forever.
Kelli was born Kelli K. Garcia; after the death of her father her mother remarried five years later and Kelli's last name was changed to Kelli K George. In the final years of her life she met Leroy Warrington and her name became Kelli George - Warrington. She will be in our hearts forever.
Kelli was a christian and attended church and bible study at Horzion Christian Fellowship. She recruited individuals from the hospital and half way house when she was there recovering from the voices that haunted her every minute of every day. Kelli hoped to one day teach her two nieces Ali and Faith Kelli the word of God so they might be saved and given entrance into the Kindom of Heaven. The "Her First Bibles" is something that Kelli wanted to give to each of her neices so Uncle Leroy bought the books giving them to the girls on Kelli's 35th birthday from the two of them. Kelli had but one true love LeRoy (her Dodi = beloved)

Leroy - A man so devoted to God and his fellow man. Who took my Kelli unconditionally and loved her for over 5 years. Who stood by her each time the demon voices ravaged her mind and body. Nuturing her, loving her, giving her hope of a better tomorrow, a tomorrow which included a life time of love and understanding.
On October 4, 2006 Leroy asked Kelli to be his bride

Kelli's 1st love was her grandpa Pleau. He took over when Kelli's biological father passed away, she was 14 months old. A bond was tied that would never be broken. Grandpa Pleau above at age 80 yrs young. April 12, 2008...The day of Kelli's Memorial

The angel you see above was made by grandma Pleau. Kelli kept it in her bedroom on a chair. It was her grandparents faith that taught Kelli to know God.

On June 24, 2007 the LORD called Kelli's grandmother to heaven. she was 76 yrs. young. Not a day went by that Kelli did not think of her grandmother.
Clyde took Kelli to be his daughter on June 3, 1978. Clyde is proof that having a child doesn't make you a father. It is all the love, caring, patience and gray hairs that come through the years that make the father.
Parents who provided her cars and extra cash when she needed it.

Kelli's brother and his wonderful wife with Faith Kelli - A younger brother with a family of his own who provided groceries for Kelli when she had none. A wife who bought cookware for her and made long distance trips to Peblo Colorado to visit her when she was in the mental hospital and bring Kelli home.

Kelli's sister the baby of the family, who bought Kelli shoes and clothes, who watched over her endlessly prepared to meet the responsibilites of taking care of Kelli as she aged and her disease progressed.

Though Kelli had no children of her own she loved her cat named "Kitty," on the left. Kelli got Kitty as a kitten, he's very old now with a slight cataract problem. Izzie on the right was an unwanted cat who Kelli and LeRoy took under their wing about a year ago.

Kelli and 1st cousin Angela.
Kelli was born in April of 1973 and Angela was born in August of that same year. Angela and Kelli were best buddies. As toddlers they would take all their clothes off including diapers and run down the street as naked as the day they were born. One of us was always chasing after them.

Though the LORD Called Kelli home just four days before her 35th birthday we had her birthday that Thursday April 10, 2008. It was a celebration of her life amid the grief and devastation of her death. She offered hope and encouragement and kindness to those afflicted with mental illness like herself working hard to get through one more day. It was and is an honor to be the family of Kelli... who we will all love forever.
